Check-in time is between 3.30 PM and 6.30 PM. Rooms and golf carts will not be available until 3.30 PM. Check-out time is 10.30 AM. Early check-ins cannot be accommodated due to guest turn-over.
Check-outs after 10.30 AM will be charged a late check-out fee of $25.00 per hour.
A deposit equal to 50% of your reservation is due at time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival.
The Marsh Harbour Inn accepts Visa and Mastercard. Payment by credit card is preferable, although a personal check is acceptable if received within 5 days of booking. After 5 days we will call to verify that you still intend to keep your reservation.
A 2 night minimum stay is required on weekends at the MHI. There is no minimum stay on regular weekdays. During certain holidays, a three night minimum stay is required. These holiday's are as follows: New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. The Marsh harbour Inn is closed during Christmas.
Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional $25 fee (per room/per night) is added for additional persons and rollaway service.
If you should need to cancel please call 1-800-680-8322. No shows will be charged the balance due.
A generous buffet-style continental breakfast is served each morning between 8.00 AM and 9.30 AM.
Responsible, parentally supervised children are welcome at Marsh Harbour.
We cannot accommodate guest pets.
The inn is a nonsmoking establishment. Smoking is permitted outside.
