The Marsh Harbour offers 9 rooms and 4 suites for rental on a daily or weekly basis. There is no minimum stay, with the exception of a few holiday weekends. Each of the rooms and suites are individually unique. The rental includes accommodations for two, a 2 or 4 seat electric golf cart, daily Continental breakfast and daily house-keeping. Rental and Reservation Policies
Spring/Summer Dates: May 1st – Sept 30th
Fall/Winter Dates: Oct 1st – April 30th
Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in time is between 3.30 PM and 6.30 PM. Rooms and golf carts will not be available until 3.30 PM. Check-out time is 10.30 AM. Early check-ins cannot be accommodated due to guest turnover.
Late Check-out
Checkouts after 10:30am are subject to a late checkout fee of $25.00 per hour.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your reservation is due at time of booking.
Payment Method
The MHI accepts Visa and MasterCard. Payment by credit card is preferable, although a personal check is acceptable if received within 5 days of booking. After 5 days we will call to verify that you still intend to keep your reservation, if no check by 7 days, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
As explained at the time of booking, your credit card will be charged a deposit of one-half of the total room rate. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you should need to cancel, and to avoid being charged the FULL amount of your stay, please call 1-800-680-8322.
Minimum Stay
There is no minimum stay on regular weekdays.
During certain holidays, a three night minimum stay may be required.
These holidays are as follows: New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
MHI Is closed during Christmas. Check with office first in reference to less than a 23 night stay during certain holidays.
Occupancy
Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional $25 fee (per room/per night) is added for additional persons and rollaway service.
Breakfast
A generous buffet-style European breakfast is served each morning between 8.00 AM and 9.30 AM. Coffee is out by 7:30am. Afternoon refreshments are provided in the foyer.
Children
Responsible, parentally supervised children are welcome at Marsh Harbour.
Pets
We cannot accommodate guest pets.
Smoking
The inn is a nonsmoking establishment. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas. Absolutely no smoking in rooms/Suites allowed.
