1. Purchase Requirements:

If renovations on your unit are not complete:

• $1000 earnest money deposit due upon signing the purchase agreement, refundable until closing
• $1,500 deposit upon notification renovations are complete
• Must qualify for loan or provide other verification of funds within 30 days after contract execution
• Must sign our public offering statement

If renovations on your unit are complete:

• $2,500 earnest money deposit
• Must qualify for loan or provide other verification of funds within 30 days after contract execution
• Must sign our public offering statement summary prior to contract execution

The developers anticipate that the first forty units will close by or about June 1, 2008. If closings do not occur by June 1, 2008, purchasers have the option to cancel their contracts with full earnest money deposit refunds.
